O.N.I. SpA, in its interior, has got four divisions: Navale, Superyacht, Energy, Plants.

Navale

The main field of intervention is the automotive and marine engineering, in fact, O.N.I. SpA is a licensee of the giant MAN and is trustee for the ROLLS-ROYCE (Bergen engines). Our company has a long experience in the maintenance of engines 2 and 4 stroke on board and in the workshop.

We list below some of the activities of our customary competence:

• General maintenance of all types of diesel engines and power;
• Replacement of main engines and generators with all related activities (foundation, piping, alignments, etc..)
• Regeneration of engine parts;
• Review turbochargers;
• Rimetallatura of white metal bearings with special procedures certified by all the records classification;
• Machining of milling and turning, in the workshop, parts up to 10 tons. weight;
• Distension with vertical furnace;
• Controls the linearity with optical equipment on board and at the workshop;
• Boring and grinding machining in place with ns. portable equipment;
• Regeneration of trees in place to handle;
• Balancing of rotors;
• Revision injection systems;
• Revision compressors;
• Review of pumps, valves, etc..;
• Review and windlass winches;
• Review of electric motors;
• Review of air conditioning.

There are also, in the workshop, TIG welding, MIG, plasma, etc.. certificates for the execution of:

• Regeneration by Stellited seats and shutters for exhaust valves;
• Regeneration of the piston heads;
• Repair warheads;
• Repair of special cast iron.

Often we are called, by our customers, to act as prime contractor and also to acquire works of hydraulic, structural & piping, small carpentry, ship fittings, etc..

SuperYacht

Our company has been operating for more than twenty years in the field of Prime SuperYacht Assistance, in the Mediterranean area.

We are specialized in the maintenance of marine engines, marine engineering, electronic and electromechanical systems, generators, supply and installation of navigation equipment - radar - GPS - communication systems and internet broadband, inspections radio stations.

Energy

O.N.I. SpA for over 25 years in the field of revisions of turbo-alternators steam and gas both for the production of electrical energy that propulsion.

With over twenty years of Convention opened with Ansaldo Energia of Genoa, ns. company has created an interesting niche in this industry for several years and carries out independently, review of turbines up to 660MW of power.

To perform this work, the company has fully equipped containers for all needs from construction site, portable machine tools for turning, boring and drilling "in situ" and then there are the foremen, fitters and skilled workers highly experienced.

There is also an important activity of the workshop, fully equipped with modern large machines with numerical control, where we provide the following operations:

Construction (for steam turbines Ansaldo / TOSI):

• Auction for valves
• seats
• bushes
• nuts and bolts of any type and size
• design details
Regeneration:
• recasting of white metal bearings of any type and size
• Recovery held
• maintenance and working of any piece of mechanical weighing up to 15T

Plants

Our company for over 10 years dealing with maintenance / repair of equipment of various kinds (spinning plants, sewage plants, chemical plants, steel plants, etc..).

In 1998 O.N.I. SpA has signed a major contract with MONTEFIBRE SpA for the maintenance of all mechanical plant in Acerra (which is the chemical department of the spinning) where we have deployed about 15 people and we made a workshop of about 800 square meters with all the necessary machinery.

For purification equipment maintenance tasks we perform on the augers, the lift pumps, gearbox, electric motors, etc..
