The Dalesman Group is an established family business, trading since 1979 supplying both nationally and internationally to a wide range of customers, including the meat, bakery and retail industries.

We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding quality, innovative new products and ensure we are driven by our customers needs through bespoke product options.

We provide a varied range of products including: Seasonings, Mixes, Glazes, Rubs, Coaters, Sauces & Gravy Mixes.

The business continues to grow through the expansion of our distribution centres into the Midlands, North East and Scotland.

We manufacture over 7000 recipes at our 40,000sq ft purpose built facility, ensuring we continuously improve efficiencies, monitor waste control, have full traceability of our products and are able to adapt to producing bespoke recipes for our customers. Through our BRC Grade A accreditation we have full quality control and quality assurance standards to ensure full compliance standards are met.

Our technical team are able to work with our customers to develop products from concept through to testing, guidance, launch and finally continuous improvements.
