We have ingrained skills with consistent training and commitment in Investors in people, for all 14 Kingstons staff members across two offices. With separate disciplines and focused teams for Letting, Management, Maintenance, Inspections and Rental Investments.

We serve our tenants, in assurance of safe and comfortable homes. Secured in the knowledge, there is a fair and transparent process with time-scales, for maintenance reporting, initial inspections and check out/deposit return. We constantly review and make our procedures, faster and fairer.

We serve our landlords. So they can relax, safe with the knowledge that the property meets good standards, inspected and reported on a regular basis. We assure our Landlords, through third party reference checks, and with added option of rent insurance-based guarantee. We email, regular non-intrusive reports, feedback, maintenance notes, to keep the Landlord in the loop.

We support the community, on social initiatives – like Islamic Relief, whom have raised thousands of pounds for charity, for home and all over the world. In addition we are proud sponsors of many Cardiff universities societies and sports clubs. You may see our logo on many kits.
