L&W Construction Private Limited is a 100% subsidiary of Lee Kim Tah Woh Hup Pte Ltd from Singapore. LKTWH in turn is 50:50 joint venture company established by Lee Kim Tah Holdings Ltd and Woh Hup (Pte) Ltd, two of Singapore's oldest construction companies who have successfully completed projects in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Middle East, Sri Lanka and Philippines.

L&W Construction Private Limited commenced operations in Bangalore, India in the year 2006 to carry out businesses in Project Management and Construction Activities. L&W Construction Private Limited expanded its presence in India by establishing its Regional Office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu in the year 2010.

L&W Construction Private Limited is actively looking to participate in the growing construction sector in the southern region of India namely. Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.

L&W Construction Private Limited's main focus in construction includes but not limited to High Rise Residential Buildings, Townships, Commercial Buildings, IT Parks, Industrial Complexes, Shopping Malls and Hotels. L&W is fully committed to provide its clients Quality, Work on Time and in a Safe manner. L & W Construction Private Limited's also diversifies undertakes property development through joint development and joint venture.

Property Development
L & W Construction Pvt Limited is in the process of establishing its subsidiary to carry out property development projects. We are currently sourcing Lands for Landed Housing development in Bangalore and Chennai for JDA /JV.
